My husband and i went to have iftar at oxio and our money didnt go to waste i liked the arrangement of everything in the place. The service was on point i thank the server called Stilla she was so helpful and kind. she made my evening with a birthday surprise cake yet we didnt mention in the reservation time and i also liked the kunafa live station. TRY OXIO THIS RAMADAN

I had a great lunch with perfectly paired mocktails at restaurant Ava. Arshad & Sujata provided the best service. The menu is varied with Lots of option and all high quality. Its a very nice setting as well. Perfect for a lunch/dinner while shopping at the avenues mall.

انا مدحت الفندق لاخوي من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصه وامي تحبه فقالها اخوي نسكن فيه ولما سكنه فيه السويت كان رطب كان فيه مشكلة بالتكييف وما حلوها ولا رضوا يغيرون السويت يقولون الصيانه شافته وانه ماكو شي ولازالت السويت رطب ومن الساعه ١٠ بالليل لانه دخلنا متاخر لانه اخوي وامي عندهم موعد بالمستشفى وكان معانا طفل بعد ولا غيروها الا الساعه ٣ الفجر وحتى مدير اللي بالليل كان تعامله سيئ جدا معانا والصبح اتصلوا علينا لو سمحتوا دفعوا السرير الاضافي ولا يطلع الشخص الثالث اللي اهو انا طبعا بدال لا يقولي هذا مجاني بحكم اللي صار لنا بالليل قال لا وتعامل اسوء انا مصدوم هم ما كانوا جذي ليش تغيروا مع الاسف اسوء معامله شفتها ولما كلمت مديرهم يعوضني رافض يعوضني على اسوء معامله صارت معاي ومعاي من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه مع الأسف التعامل مع اول نزيل سكن معاهم وعطاهم التقييم عالي جدا وبالاخير هذي المعاملة تبدر منهم وصدقوني اللي معاه ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه لا يروح الفندق نهائيا تمنيت منهم التعامل افضل لانه هذا اللي توقعته منهم يكون افضل معامله ولكن صار العكس مع الأسف ولن انصح به ابدا مع دوي الاحتياجات الخاصه بروحك او شخصين زوج وزوجته ولد وامه اوك غير جذي لا انصح ابدا
